Founded by Dr. Alan Bostakian, the Intelligent Change Management Think Tank for Human Rights is a federally registered Canadian not-for-profit organization.
Its focus is the application of Change Management and Change Leadership practice in human rights movements worldwide and in revolution toward freedom for Iran.
Core Activities (ACMP Global &Chapters):
Providing advisory, research and education services on Change Management and Change Leadership for changes and movements related to Human Rights, Freedom, and Justice.
Develop Change Management excellence and competencies for Human Rights activism.

As a Board member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Ontario), he has designed a unique virtual panel webinar: “Change Management for Woman-Life-Freedom Revolution”. Panel: Nazanin Afshin-Jam, MPP Goldie Ghamari, Mariam Memarsadeghi, Dr. Reza Moridi, Lily Pourzand, Kaveh Shahrooz. He is also a Board Member of the Persian association of his city. In Nov 2022, he (with his colleagues) raised the true Iranian flag (Shir o Khorshid) in Canada at an official place (Municipality building), for the first time in the world after 43 years, which was widely covered by VOA, Radio Farda and Iran International, and reposted/retweeted by many leaders including Prince Reza Pahlavi. https://youtu.be/gUz1KkASa2E
He has also been a member of Phoenix Project of Iran’s 100-day program.
Alan’s PhD is in Business, and he has 20 years of experience in Leadership and Change Management. He is certified by MIT, Stanford, Johns Hopkins and Cambridge universities, and he is also a Certified Human Rights Consultant (by USIDHR). https://www.linkedin.com/in/alanbostakian/
Needs from Community:
Change Management is a critical expertise for the success of the Woman Life Freedom revolution. My request for the community is to increase awareness about the application of Change Management in this revolution and help us have opportunities to support the leaders to free Iran.
